I have data stored in mobile data collection tool like Kobo Collect and Survey CTO.
Would it be possible to link the data from non google sheet sources with Glide?

No.
If you can find a way to populate a google sheet with data from those other sources, then yes. Glide only works with google sheets.

You can use Coupler.io to sync data from your app with Google Sheets (on a schedule), and then use it for Glide apps. Here is an example showing how to achieve it with Airtable being the data source. However, if Kobo Collect and Survey CTO have good API that supports JSON format, then Coupler would be able to handle it as well…
