Hi, i have 2 question,
- Currently i am using legacy pro, i would like add new team subscribing in business plan. Can i subscribe both plan using 1 email?
- When I have 2 teams, can i link both data in glide table?

You can have as many teams as you want under the same account.
Yes and No. Definitely Yes if you use external data sources, and Yes if you duplicate an app and transfer the duplicate to a new team, but No if you are trying to create a new app from scratch and you are trying to add an existing glide table from another team.
