I have been away for a while on other projects but the school year is back in session and the app I made during Covid was now showing as “Legacy Pro” and I was billed on August 21st 2022 for $228. Then I tried tinkering yesterday to find a better way for my students to “use items”/press button and myself getting notified( vs Integromat which is not working all the time). I saw the new action to “send email” but when I went to try using it, I got a notice that I must upgrade my account to use that action. Strangely today my app is no longer showing as Pro either, just as “Legacy”. Is this an error? Seems like $228 would cover being able to use that feature and now I worried I have also lost rows etc. Whats going on?
228 was the price for PRO, howevr to use the “send email” action, your app had to be on the PRIVATE PRO old tier, which was billed by user.
I’ll think you’ll have to downgrade and upgrade to a new plan
