Layout options for further customizations that I don't see?

Hi everyone,
I was watching a YouTube video (Link below) where the person was creating a list type item and in the right side, I see that he has ALL these options? I can’t for the life of me see these options. Am I just not on the right plan?

This was in a Classic App. These options are not available in the new Glide Apps.
