I’m experiencing this trouble with all my apps after install iOS 13. It is been amazing to have app in multitasking, but I think that when the app is in background and turn the iPhone to portrait mode and come back to stand up mode, if I enter in app again the keyboard presents this issues. I need to force close the app and it is solved. I don´t have any different keyboard installed. It occurs in any entry field. In the example, I’m using the Search entry.
