Hi I have two apps running .
One seems fine.
The other one keeps loading. User cannot access .
Can i know why ?
Opens fine for me in a browser. Is it possible that your user is experiencing internet connectivity issues? Maybe try sending them the app link again and or asking them to force quit/re-open the app from their home screen.
