Items with Price Options. How to achieve?

Hi I’m brand new and helping a friend whose restaurant is struggling right now. Some of their menu items have a few options. For example: Marsala is either Veal $19 or Chicken $12. I can’t figure out how to present the user with the ability for those type of menu items, how to select one or the other.

I can imagine that not only restaurant menus, but many items that people would want to sell would have more than one price based on options available.

I’m hoping you really don’t have to have a duplicate item in the data list for each option, do you? Please help me sort this out.

At the moment, the only way is to either have a choice component on each item that has variable prices (which doesn’t look nice), or have a unique item for every variable.
