Issues with Adding Members to New Team

I am in the process of creating a team for my app.

a) Is there is an additional cost associated beyond the monthly cost of the Pro app?

b) I’m a little thrown off with this below message when trying to transfer the app:

Cannot transfer

The target organization currently has no payment method to accept this app. Would you like to enter payment info?

Each team has it’s own billing profile. If you are transferring a pro app, it’s probably looking for billing information in the new team so it can maintain pro functionality after it’s transferred.
