I have an issue with my custom domain.
I followed all the steps, the domain itself validates,
and exampledomain.com works fine. Typing www.exampledomain.com however does not.
My hosting provider said all the DNS records point to the app.
Does anyone have the same issue?

I found this post from a GoDaddy user with what I think may be the same problem as you are seeing. All providers are not the same but this may give you some insight into how to solve your issue. It does appear to be something that can be solved at your hosting provider end.
Can you make a screenshot, George? The site doesn’t open and directs me to their default help page.
I made a few videos which you should be able to stop and read as I scroll.
