have create a on submit compose email action but there is no email from that.?im in free plan.

If you’re using “Compose email”, it should open a window of your device’s default email app. It does not automatically send an email, you must click send on the pop-up window after reviewing/adjusting all the content.

How many times I can send email.that is count per month?

If you use “Compose email” then there’s no limit. If you use “Send email” then it was 1000 on the old Private Pro plan.
