@david If a boost limit is reached before the end of the month, is it possible to buy more of the same boost during the same month? For example, if most of the time I just need 1,000 sheet edits, but during some unusual time I need 2,000 sheet edits before going back to 1,000, how would I do that? I don’t know how likely this is to happen but just wanted to know if it’s an option in case it’s needed.
I like this and the pricing is eminently reasonable. I just bought one.
Hello David,
I am a bit late to the party I come back from holidays and just noticed your pricing changes.
I think it goes in the right direction, especially changes that impact for several apps as I plan to use glide more and more.
However, I have a slight problem : I sold 2 apps that do not need a lot of rows but can requier around 200 to 400 editing a day (each) because the way my app is done (a lot of google script to copy data back and forth with other sources).
I do not charge anyting other than setup costs for this app (the google sheet maintenance is covered by another project). Being without reccuring fees was a strong selling point Vs the competition, so I was quite happy with the former pricing.
I can adjust my prices for future custommers, but can you do something for the 2 existing ones ?
Hello guys I bought a boost of over 500 rows, what is happening is that all the data in the spreadsheet / database from 501 onwards the application simply does not read…
Olá eu comprei um boost de mais 500 rows, o que está a acontecer é que todos os dados da planilha/base de dados apartir do 501 a aplicação simplesmente não lê.
SO I probably do not need the edit boost from from Sept. onwards. So today I turned them off so I will not be billed for Sept. Immediately the edits went back to 1000. So I was not sure that that would work out as I still need them for the rest of Aug so I turned them back on. How do I need to do this?
To answer my own question. When I turned it off I got back a credit for my unused portion. And when I turned it back on it billed me another 10.00. And the billing shows that the time period is not monthly but from when you turn the boost on. Perfect!
It should actually only charge you a pro-rated amount. In your case, if the boost was the only thing on your subscription, you may have started a new subscription when you re-activated the boost.
Well I am a little concerned this morning. My app is showing 1952/2000 edits. I thought they were going to reset back to zero at the beginning of the month. I have about a day left figure out how to keep the edits working. I have not got an idea of what to do now,
