Hello, is it possible to enable a direct support to paid users via a tool like Intercom (would need to be able to write / read user details I guess)? Intercom offers an integration via GTM but I’m not sure if it’s something that can be built with Glide …

This would fit into the ‘Integrations’ category of settings. Sadly, I do not think this is possible. You could create a feature request.
Here’s how:
- Go to features.staging.glideapp.io
- Log in/Sign up
- Go to the ‘My suggestions’ tab
- Click ‘Suggest a feature’
- Enter your suggestion!
