Inlist » Show form with images

I had this idea yesterday.
How would it work:

When user select the ‘choice’:

  • Open a form inlist;
    (this form has images).
  • After users choise his option, it would show a confiration icon;
  • Go back to the previous window;
  • The previous window has the selected item written into the choise.

What do you thing about it?
