Inline list shows map view instead of default list

I have a an inline list of companies shown in map style, but the default view is list. 98% of the users do not have any issue. Recently two users notified me that their default view is in map format.

Any reasons why this happen at editor I had defaulted to list and there is actually no way for user to go to map mode as can be seen from this image

Can we have a link to test ourselves?

I just found out. It happens to some people who uses desktop. And I can simulate in the Glide Editor by just changing the viewing from phone to laptop/desktop mode.

Suggestions please.
