The numbers were changed after the device language changed
But it was different for a short time. The language of the device had nothing to do with it. Is there a way to get us back to where we were?

I have another application that works in my fields. I opened it now and found the same issue. The numbers in it were changed to Arabic

No
I believe it has always been tied somewhat to the language of the device, but not sure about other languages. It works for me in English, Vietnamese, and a German app I tested a while ago.
