I have a problem and I hope someone with experience can help me. I have created an application on a free trial basis, but suddenly I cannot find the application on my control panel. I have multiple accounts and I cannot remember which account or email is associated with this application. Any help would be appreciated.
On your Dashboard, go to Apps and click on “All” - do you see it then?
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it and I don’t remember the owner’s account as I have more than one account on the website and I’m not able to access any account or any existing email. I have checked all the accounts and emails, but I couldn’t find it at all.
Okay. I’m sorry, but I’m not sure what else to suggest. Be a bit more organised in future?
