I can't access my Layout page

I can’t access the layout/ backend pages of my Glide House Points app. The magic link I get in my email reroutes me to a new account signup page. My old bookmarked pages bring up a “Read-Only mode” message, but the page never opens; it stays in a perpetual processing loop.

I can access the user-facing version of the app, but not the editor/ builder section. Please help!

The above suggests there might be a problem with your browser cookies or cache. So I’d suggest trying deleting all Glide related cookies and emptying your browser cache, and then try again.

When you first created your account, did you sign in with Google or a password? Sign in with Google is the best way.
