“I am experiencing an issue with my subscription payment on Glide.”

Hi Glide team,

I recently missed my subscription payment because I forgot to top up my card before the billing date.

I would like to ask:

  • Will Glide automatically retry the payment on the next day?
  • Or do I need to manually update or change my Visa card to complete the payment?
  • Is there any way to retry the payment using my current card after I add funds?

I really want to continue using my current plan without interruption.

Glide will retry the payment a number of times, and email you if it fails. As long as you update the payment method (or add funds to the existing card), the payment should go through. If it doesn’t, reply here and I can help further.
