How to use email from users table wiich is protected by rowowner fonction

I search to use email adress from users’s table in another table for send email to a group of users.

my first step is to create a distribution list with some user’s email. but this data is protected by rowowner.

so. any idea for help me ?

Do you actually need Row Owners in your User Profiles table?

If you don’t, then the simple solution is to remove it.

If you do, then one option may be to create a separate Public Profiles table. The below might help:
