How to show a total on a page

Forgive me if this question is already answered somewhere, but I have searched and can’t find an answer.

I have a table (google sheets tab) that lists users and their total score. For an individual user, how can I create a page that shows only their own data (I know I can filter) and the words “Your score:” followed by the number that is the score?

You can use a Template column yo joins the words and the total together.

Thank you. This response gave me enough clues to find template columns and achieve what I wanted!
