How to set permissions that users in my app can´t add events

Hi!

I have made a karaokeapp to a friend who can add and delete events. She wants to have full control over the administration and have invited friends to see it. One pf them can add their own events and she doesn´t want it.

So my question is how do I set permissions so she can have full control to administrate and her friend can´t add events?
