How to reset form once sent

Hi,

I’ve created a form with multiple entries possible. once sent it goes back to the main page.
However the form does not reset when I go b ack to it. How would I go about that please?

Any particular reason you are not using a native glide form? If you were, you wouldn’t have this problem.

Sounds like you made a custom form. If you plan to stick with that, then you will need to either create a custom action that first adds a row and then clears the existing columns values…or, you will need a custom action that will clear the column values before entering the form.

Thank you, I’m still learning and didn’t figure out there was the native form. I tested what you said and it solved it, much appreciated
