A long time ago I created an application using a Google Spreadsheet. I no longer use this spreadsheet for anything, I even deleted it, but it continues to appear at the bottom and I can’t generate a model because a message appears that cannot be generated using Google Spreadsheets.

Try removing it through Settings.
