How to add email address to the "view as" list?

Hi,
Newbie question.
How can I add email addresses to the “viewing as” list?
I tried the option “+ Add user” but I only see is that in my app I got the logged in screen
I only then can choose “sign out” or “close”
But I am still the same user.
In different videos, I can see that people have a list of “users” they can choose.
I hope my question is clear.
I am not sure if this is handy to know, but I am using the free plan.

Hi Pierre,

Once you add a record to the Users Table/Sheet with a email and it should show in the view as list. Make sure you have enabled Users Profiles too!
