How to add a custom sound to action text?

Hello,

I would like to create an app that includes some translations for certain phrases. Is is possible to upload an mp3 file to the “play sound” action so it could play a pronunciation of the phrase instead of just the alert/blip/calm thought sounds? I know that I can add an audio file underneath instead but it just looks much cleaner this way.
