How many rows of data can Glideapps handle comfortably?

I tried searching for an answer to this but couldn’t find anything. Sorry if it’s a duplicate question.

Can Glideapps handle 50k or 100k rows of data in one table? Would it be horribly slow (very little formulas) or work just fine?

It is very slow with data in Google sheets. Perhaps faster in Glide tables. Now it is not possible to bulk export large numbers of rows from Google sheets to Glide tables.( Some workarrounds in the forum).

Do not recommend more than 25 or 30k rows for a fluid app.
