How do the edit and add screens works?

Please advise me to understand how to work better. Examples below:

I have an Orders screen that contains an overview of orders. I can insert or edit a order.

I want the edit and edit screen to look the same. Do I need to create ( compose) each one separately?

I have a Clients screen that displays their Orders and I can also create a new Order on this screen. Do I need to create (compose) each one separately?

Please what is the relationship between the screens (edit, add). How do I work with this so I don’t have to do one thing twice?

They are separate screens, so you need to design them separately. You can copy and paste all components from one screen to another to help speed up the process.
