I’m having trouble with an app I created on a different account and with a temporary email address. I lost full access to the account, but I had previously shared the app with my main account and simply forgot to set it as an administrator. I’m updating this app for a school project and I’m terrified of losing it. I need help figuring out if I can recover my app and send it to my main account, otherwise I’ll have to do it all over again. I need help!
Send an email to support@glideapps.com
and give them as much detail as possible. In particular, the email addresses associated with both accounts. They might be able to help.
Just one thing to be aware of - if the original App was a Classic App, it will have been deleted by now, as Classic Apps have been deprecated and removed. If the account was a paid account, then it might have been auto-migrated prior to deletion.
