How can I customize glide form layout

Hi all,
I would like to customize a glide form so that the questions are on the left hand side of the screen and the text entries would be on the right side of the screen directly next to the question. How could I go about this? Currently the glide forms are setup vertically. Thank you

I think a good choice is something like this, but it’s only for desktop. Mobile screens will still stack them vertically.
