Not to be cheap but I spent a lot of money and I am not spending more.
Is there a place were people can make apps for free. For example students doing projects and need to make a app for a school project?
I recommend spending some time reading through the glide documentation.
I would especially consider spending some time with the Glide University learning page.
you can create a small App using a free plan… why did you spend a lot of money? what did you do?
Don’t take this the wrong way friend, but you’ve posted on the message board a few times now, asking some fairly basic, beginner level how-to questions. @Jeff_Hager has posted some resources for you (multiple times on multiple posts, actually) and if you took the time to read through the documentation, you’d be able to figure out the answers to most of the issues you’re having.
Another good resource is Glide’s YouTube channel (here: https://www.youtube.com/c/glideapps) where you can see a lot of the questions you have being answered with helpful and brief video tutorials. When you get comfortable and are ready to move on to some intermediate / advanced functions, you can also find videos made by @Robert_Petitto (here: https://www.youtube.com/c/RobertPetittoWA) and @grumo (here: https://www.youtube.com/c/GRUMO), just to name a very small number of the gurus who help us all out here.
You prefaced your message with how you already spent “a lot of money” on, and are having difficulty navigating, Glide… but as @Uzo pointed out, the Free version is free and it’s still pretty robust in terms of features offered and allowances for rows permitted, cloud storage and updates per month. It’s the best and easiest way to build and experiment with the platform without spending any money.
The point I’m trying to make here is that you, apparently, spent a large enough sum on this product that you now either cannot afford, or are unwilling to pay for, the service of someone’s help. The monetary challenge that you’re facing is no one’s concern but your own - we all have to build our own apps too. No one is going to learn how to use Glide for you. You need to do it yourself, and if you can’t / won’t take the time to learn then come here and create posts making excuses for why you can’t / won’t participate in your own success, you’re going to find a lot of responses like mine.
