My app became fairly complex and I need external help. So, I found a programmer to help, but my concern is he will copy my app.
What are the options here?

Once you invite somebody to your team, there is really no way to prevent that. So there needs to be some level of trust. Probably the best you can do is have them sign a contract that includes some sort of IPR clause.
Honestly, if the person you have hired is any good, I’d think it pretty unlikely they’d want to copy your App or steal any of your ideas. Did you go through the Glide Experts program to find somebody? Anyone that’s on that program has been vetted by Glide and could be expected to be trusted.

Why Glide simply doesn’t introduce an option for team member to do not allow app copying outside of that space?
That feature already exists.
Team members can duplicate Apps, and move them between folders. But only a Team Admin can move an App to another Team.
Not sure understood. If i hire a developer and join him to my team - how he can move my app to his own account?
He can’t. Not unless you make him an Admin of your team.
