Hi
I have an app in a team that is set to Public with ‘Allow Copy’ checked. How can I let someone copy it? The URL just leads to a sign in screen. Do I first need to move it from the team into my general apps?
Hi

Are you running any Ad-Blocker plugins in your browser?
If yes, try disabling them and reload the app.
Thanks, tried that but the same result
The URL of an app in a team
vs the URL of an app in My Apps.
Is the screen that is needed for someone to copy the app? I haven’t had to do this before, usually just share an existing app via QR etc.
That first screen shot looks like it’s taken from a mobile browser - is it?
As I understand it, in order to copy an App, you need to open it in a desktop/laptop browser.
And yes, you can allow an App to be copied from any paid team.
Cheers, it’s reassuring to know the app can be copied from a paid team. However, it’s a PC browser not mobile. Trying to simulate a user visiting the URL and copying the app.
Are you able to share the URL so that I can test it? (privately, if you like)
For the benefit of others that might face a similar issue, the problem here was that the “Open in tablet/desktop mode by default” was enabled. And so the App opened full screen in a browser, and the “Copy this App” button wasn’t shown.
Disabling that setting resolved the issue.
