Help to subtract an entire column

I have a problem in my project, I need to program a button to subtract an entire STOCK column with the negative values ​​of another column with the INCREMENT NUMBER element.

When running it, it only subtracts the stock from the first row and the others do not change; the idea is to subtract from the entire column.
