Hello! I’m trying to use a handheld barcode scanner with my glide app but I only option I get is to use my webcam as scanner :S. does it works only with cameras?

It should work if you’ve ensured that the scanner is connected to the device. You’ll need to us a text entry component. Click into the entry component and then scan the barcode. The alphanumeric string should appear.
Thanks, it will require more user interaction than just scan and trigger some automatic actions but it still a nice solution.
