I received the following email from Apple, to forward the app to Apple Store. Does anyone know if Glide is having a problem receiving the PIN, using the iPad with version 15.1?

We discovered one or more bugs in your app. Specifically, we did not receive the PIN code. Please review the details below and complete the next steps.
