I wanted to share my most recent app creation.
My client is a local foundation that works to support our school district. They have funded millions of dollars of teacher projects via grants over the last 15 years. All of their data was in NUMEROUS Google Forms and Sheets.

My task was to create an app where teachers could apply for grants and turn in their final grant reflections (along with any media). The Foundation team needed to be able to see all of their data, review grant applications, and choose which grants to showcased.

Here are several screens. \Google Slides/ I’ve used a lot of visibility rules, custom actions, row owners and other tricks to build this thing.

You can view the public portion of the live app, but I would ask that you avoid signing in.

I have to add, I followed a great video from @Robert_Petitto to build in a Make.com integration. The integration is used to create a PDF of grant applications for non-technical users. It’s not shown in the screens and kind of lives behind the scenes.

Great work! I really like the slides that explain the app with your sticky notes - am going to use this format for a proposal I’m working on.
