Google sheet adds 2 extra rows from CSV file generated by Glide

Ive used the generate csv file using glide. When i downloaded the file and opened it on google sheets, it added 2 extra empty rows for some reason.
Is it a google sheets feature? Or anyone knows why?

Does it happen for all tables or just this one?
