I wanted to create an app based on maps. Unfortunately Mapbox which is currently used in Glide have problems with response speed, issues with different languages. Sometimes it does not recognize addresses properly.

So finally I decided to switch to Adalo, as they use Google Maps: maps works perfect at every country and works very smooth. Also Google maps have possibility to change styles of map.

Could you please consider Google Maps as a default maps component for Glide?

Google maps used to be the default in glide, but the amount that google charges became cost prohibitive to Glide, especially with the amount of free apps that used maps. It was a financial decision to switch to mapbox so glide wouldn’t lose money. I’m guessing if Glide ever allows google maps again, it would be a pro only feature or an additional cost to the user.
