Google Analytics "Measurement ID" VS "Tracking ID"

Question of the day:

I’m setting up google analytics account and Glide specifically asks for a tracking ID, which is done with a different account than one that provides a measurement ID. Normally I would have created a google analytics UA account for tracking but the Glide how-to video shows using a Measurement ID…just want to make sure i’m doing it right!!
