The ability to collect emails may have been available at the time that you originally set it but was taken away later on. In some cases, a user can continue to use a feature if they are grandfathered in,but one they make certain changes, then they lose that grandfathered ability.

I ask these questions, because this isn’t really anything new. Collecting emails had been a paid option for a long time.
