Glide Data Editor separate from Builder environment

I like using Google sheets cause I can have two windows open and view the data and the app simultaneously.

With the GDE I have to keep switching between the ‘Layout’ view and the Data Editor view which often defaults to tables I am not working and I have to go find them. With over 60 tables and counting, this is cumbersome.

Having the Glide Data Editor could run in a separate TAB would be very helpful.

+1 – Yes, there doesn’t seem to be any logic sometimes as to which table it decides to show when you click on the data button.

It should always show the current row that your screen is attached to. If it doesn’t, that would have to be considered a bug, I think.

I know Glide wants to do this sooner than later. Keep your eyes peeled in the not too distant future!

Just a note to add… I’d like to see the Data, Layout, and the Action Editors all with the ability to pop out onto another screen.
