Glide apps being blocked by network

Hi gliders, following the glide domain problem a couple of months ago I’ve moved to using my own domains, the one I used has a .co address and each client is on a subdomain eg www.client.xxx.co a couple of clients report they are not able to access their apps using their business network, I’m guessing their admins are blocking them but do you think is something to do with the HTTPS cert that glide installs or my .co address is freaking them out

Do you know what error message they see?
That should provide a clue.
