Does anyone know if it is possible to synch fitness data from a Garmin App or Garmin device or an Apple watch or phone?
For background, I would like to build an App for a friend who is a fitness instructor. She runs courses that require members to carry out daily challenges. Part of the ask is to enable members to regularly upload or synch their fitness tracking data, either from their wearable device or from an App that has synched with their wearable device. For examples, step count, calories burnt, etc…
Any tips or advice about how to do this with Glide would be much appreciated.
