Form wiped when scrolling

We are using a form for employee evals. When some users access the site directly from their computer the form works just fine. When employees remote into their virtual work environments and scroll down, their answers are wiped from the screen. Same user but different experiences.

Where should I start? Whats the minimum browser settings? The site can be accessed so I dont think this is a firewall issue. Is there a setting to adjust on the form itself to help?

What browser and OS are they running on their remote desktop? Could it just be a rendering issue with RDP and the values are actually there but not visible? Are they using something like RDP, Azure Virtual Desktop, something else? I can do a quick test myself with my app if it’s either one of those two.
