Filtering column using conditions

Any chance it falls into one of the things mentioned here.

Can't add Rollup for Relation ('Done' is greyed out)

For some reason, I can’t add a Rollup Column for a relation. The “Done” button is greyed out. I swear I used to be able to do this.
