Good day,
Is it possible to create a filter in a Glide table as in a spreadsheet?

Not in the Data Editor, no. Well, not in the same way as you would in a spreadsheet.
You can apply filtering to Collections in the front end (Layout), and you can also create filtered relations with the Query column.
