Everytime the data will refresh, so does the form, detail, and edit screens with a different record

I have a vehicle inventory management application for users to leave notes and location updates. The issue comes when users try to look up a unit, update a location, or add a note using form screens. When updating a specific unit, the data seems to refresh and takes them to another unit.

Can you show us your configurations for this?

It sounds wrong when you say “using form screens”. Wouldn’t you want to update an existing unit by using an edit screen?
