The app you’re trying to copy has the additional problem that the spreadsheet contains lots of formatting on empty cells which actually ends up causing the copy to time out. Do you know the author of the app? Can you get in touch with them and ask them to delete all empty rows? That’ll speed up their sheet reload a lot, as well.
