Error duplicating the app

The APP doesn’t have a large or complex google sheet. There aren’t blank rows to remove. I have tried several times but the problem persists.
I’m sorry to say that the thing I like least about Glide is the fact that I don’t have a serious way to back up my work. There is only the option to duplicate the APP manually, now doesn’t work either!

I’ve not been able to duplicate one of my bigger apps for several months. I just tried after seeing your post and it works now!!

This error never occurred to me again. You should contact technical support and submit the problem.
