If you’re on a paid plan you could try the send email action
There’s also the Gmail integration where it comes from your Gmail account
The compose text message might be an option
For sending sms you could sign up with Twilio

Just a note, you would have to craft a template column to display all relevant info before attempting to send it through the email body or the text message.
Text messages which are too long would cost more, though.
